What Reading Has Meant to Me

My husband and I went on a weekend trip without our little sweetheart for the first time a few weekends ago. I brought my kindle and was able to crack open a book (that wasn’t a Christian self-help book OR a parenting book that is) for the first time since Logan was born. Reading-themed first birthday party

I am not crafty. I am not “pinteresty.” I am not even very creative. So I have been trying to plan Logan’s first birthday party for a while now since I knew I would need time to come up with good ideas. I also have a lot of talented friends, so I hired different people to make goodies for the party!
